Yes! We use available USPTO data to populate the mark, owner, serial and registration numbers, filing basis, classes, goods and services, mark image, deadlines, and other public record information. Once a mark is added to your docket, you can add your private notes, instructions, client information, and responsible attorney.

Of course. The actual USPTO mark image appears whenever available, including word marks, composite marks, and image-only design marks. You are not left trying to identify a record only from “Design Mark” and a registration number.

Yes. Invite attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, co-counsel, or anyone else you want to view your docket. You can set permissions to determine which docket is accessible and with what level of access. A person invited to a shared docket does not need another subscription. All they need to do is sign in to see the docket you assign them.

Yes. Every plan includes actual mark images, USPTO records, TSDR filings, recorded assignments, TTAB proceedings and official document links, deadlines, notes, calendar exports, reports, Application Watch, Gazette Watch, and team access. Plans differ by the number of unique trademarks you can track.

The software will not partially add an over-limit selection. Upgrade to the $19/month plan to manage up to 200 unique trademarks. Your existing workspaces, records, notes, watch history, deadlines, and team access remain unchanged.

Using our calendar export feature, you can export any deadline, or all deadlines in the current Dashboard view, with one click to a single .ics file for Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or another standard calendar application. You can then add that file to your existing calendar, and all your trademark deadlines will be added to it!

Gazette Watch is our custom screening software that screens the marks in your docket against USPTO Gazette issues that remain within the initial opposition period. It scans for marks that may interest you because they share similar material with a mark in your docket. It returns results with the published application beside your mark and lets you decide whether it is worth further consideration. If you think it is, you can add the mark to your docket with one click, including a notice of opposition deadline.

No. Gazette Watch is an automated screening tool for attorney review. It does not provide a legal opinion, determine likelihood of confusion, establish clearance, or replace a comprehensive watch service. Publication and opposition deadlines should be independently verified before filing. It is simply a tool for use by attorneys.

No. When a portfolio is added, Gazette Watch checks every final Gazette issue that is still within the initial opposition period. New marks added later are screened against those still-open issues too.

Gazette screening begins automatically after the marks are imported and the needed trademark data is ready. You can see the job move from preparing to running to complete.

Application Watch screens newly filed federal trademark applications against eligible marks in your workspace after the filing becomes available in public USPTO application data. It is designed to provide earlier notice before the application reaches publication for opposition.

Application Watch looks for potentially concerning applications when they first appear in supported public USPTO filing data. Gazette Watch screens final applications that have been published for opposition and includes publication and opposition-deadline information. The same application may appear in both features at different stages.

No. Application Watch depends on the timing, completeness, and availability of public USPTO data. A filing may not be available immediately, may initially lack enough information for screening, or may be missed or delayed. Application Watch is an automated screening tool for human review and does not establish clearance or absence of risk.

No. Our software organizes records, deadlines, documents, instructions, and calendar information. It does not prepare or submit a filing to the USPTO or TTAB.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically at the stated price. You would then be billed one month’s fee. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal.
